• Management consultancy: development of a complete logistics concept for a large consumer goods factory on the basis of standardised process with integrated SAP R/3 (DE)
• Expansion of a large warehouse with processes and systems to optimise warehouse utilisation and  movements (DE)
• Design of a European product traceability solution including pre-sales, for a foodstuff and consumer goods business (UK)
• Analysis and specification of a software prototype for online product traceability integrated with SAP R/3 (UK)
• Business process analysis and optimisation and in parallel European harmonisation for a multinational.  As well as creating a business case and achieving buy-in from the various locations involved, the project included creation of a conceptual design, system-building, testing and the European rollout of an embedded SAP R/3 system, including integration with all peripheral components.  Responsibility for design, configuration, interface specification etc for all 14 factories in 6 countries (UK, F, DE, NL, IT, ES)
• Business Case: optimisation of the packaging  material logistics for a globally operating airline company
• Design and specification of an internet based application for the public sector for following Seveso II Directives
• Project management and consulting for the implementaion of a new repacker process in Sweden.  Integration with SAP R/3
• Analysis, design and rollout of SAP R/3 for a personal care company (SAP MM/PP, WM etc) and integration with 3rd party warehouse management and control systems at process and application level 
• Supply chain consultancy, S&D process analysis and conceptual design, configuration and rollout of a process driven SAP R/3 Sales & Distribution System through to implementation
• SAP R/3 Project MM/PP, responsibility for project planning, consultancy and rollout of all supply chain relevant modules
